What we collect

When you fill in the property form we collect what you type into it: your name, the contact details you give us, the property address, and anything you choose to tell us about the property or your situation. We also record which page the form was sent from, the web address that referred you, any campaign tags in the link you followed, and the time you sent it.

Why we collect it

To review the property and to contact you about it. That is the whole purpose. We do not use it for anything else.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing. We do not put anything you type into the web address, so your details do not end up in your browser history or in the referring link sent to other websites.

Website analytics

We measure how this website is used so we can tell which pages actually help sellers. Two things do that. The first is our own measurement, which records the page you viewed and whether you clicked through to the form. The second is Google Analytics, run by Google, which receives the page address you visited without any query string, the page title, and the standard technical information Google's own tag collects, such as approximate location, device type and a cookie identifier it sets in your browser. Google does not receive what you type into the property form — not your name, your contact details, the property address, or anything you tell us about your situation. Those are sent directly to us and never to Google.

Consent to be contacted

The form asks you to agree to be contacted by phone, text message and email at the details you provide. We record the exact wording you agreed to and when you agreed to it, so we can always show what you consented to. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will honour it.

How long we keep it

We keep submissions so that we have a record of who contacted us and what we did about it. If you want your information removed, email us and we will remove it.

Security

Submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and stored on servers we control. We record a one-way hashed form of the network address a submission came from so we can limit abuse; we do not store the address itself.
